No complaints, the hotel met needs. We appreciated staff and location - cool. We had double beds and we all slept well. Very perfect venue, not far from the downtown, 5 minutes' walk. There's craft beer pub with nice shots steps away from the venue...

The staff was friendly, and we had the benefit of just 15 minutes' walk right to hanoi night market. Our triple room was ready when we arrived, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
